Kids classes

Our kids classes are about far more than martial arts. Children learn to move well, solve problems, look after a training partner and believe in themselves, in a structured class that stays fun.

Boys and girls

Learn together. Grow together.

Boys and girls train together. Working with different partners builds respect, adaptability and confidence, while coaches keep every session safe and supportive so each child progresses at their own pace.

Somewhere to belong

For a lot of kids, SJA becomes more than a class. It's a place where they make friends, feel part of a team and have people cheering them on as they improve.

For parents

They just need somewhere to start

Shy, energetic, sporty or brand new to all of it — your child doesn't need experience or confidence to walk in. That's what we help them build.
